Yes, I do just LOVE it. And yes, I am completely & utterly passionate about health & fitness. But this was starting to be to my own detriment.
I don’t for one second regret my journey as it’s brought me to where I am today. And I am so grateful that at 38 I have finally found a place of TRUE BALANCE.

The rate is £149 (GBP) per month. Your invoice will be sent via Paypal each month. Any additional expenses due to currency fluctuations will be for the client’s account.
One of the most important aspects of this programme (and how it differs to others out there), is that I am going to educate you on the caloric values of foods. It is going to take a minimum of 2 months to get a basic understanding of nutrition, as well as for your body to respond to your new, healthier way of life.
No! I specialise in helping busy women lose weight on THEIR schedule. The programme will be fully customised to your goals & lifestyle.
Firstly, we’ll make sure you’re getting stronger every time you train. We’ll also track measurements & your weight weekly, along with taking progress pictures. All of this will be submitted to me weekly through the client zone where you’ll have a unique, private profile.
Gym access would be great, but it isn’t a requirement. I’ll write a program based on the equipment you have, or even bodyweight workouts! I can also advise you on which equipment you could buy according to your budget.
No! This is a flexible eating plan which will educate you on the caloric values of foods. You can then choose according to your own preferences/likes/dislikes how you would like to eat. As long as you hit your targets for the day (eating mainly healthy, nutrient-dense wholefoods) then I will be happy
No! The beauty of online coaching is that it can be done from anywhere in the world. If we are the right ‘fit’ for each other then you could be on the moon and we could make it work. When there’s a will, there’s a way!
No foods are excluded/restricted so if you are a vegetarian you can definitely make it work for you. As long as you hit your macros for the day, any “diet” can be accommodated.
