FIT Healthy Meal Plan

By signing up to the FIT Healthy Meal Plan, you’ll learn how to eat well and fuel your body properly in order to get the results you want. No fad diets. Just balanced living for lasting changes. The weekly meal plans get sent out every Friday, with a shopping list included, so that you can plan over the weekend. Each recipe shows you “total cook time” as well as calories per serving.
