WHY A 6-WEEK CHALLENGE?

You’ve heard me preach that building muscle takes time – months, if not years…BUT in 6 weeks you can build life-changing habits, get comfortable with following a structured workout programme, and educate yourself on making small dietary changes that can transform your body composition in a healthy, sustainable way.

My transformation story...

I used to be “that girl” who ONLY did cardio, like a little hamster on a wheel, day in and day out, until eventually burning out.

I used to push through injuries because if I stopped to rest,   I thought I’d lose progress. I would rate a ‘good workout’ based on how many calories my fitness device spat out at the end. I started every Monday thinking “this week I am going to be really good.”

I would restrict myself during the week and then binge on the weekend and couldn’t understand why my weight fluctuated and I was never able to attain that toned, athletic physique I was after…

...that was until I experienced the power of weight training and fueling my body correctly!
